Overview
Zoho Leads automatically syncs customer data to Zoho 's lead list, turning fragmented omnichannel behavior into convertible sales opportunities.

Fill in form field mapping
The purpose of field mapping is to map fields from CDP to fields from Zoho Leads.
Note: Only fields with mapping settings will be sent to Zoho. The fields on the Zoho platform must be identical to those in the Lead creation interface and connected by underscores to ensure correct creation on the platform. For example, the fields supported by Leads can be seen in the image below.
For example, if you need to adapt to multiple channels, such as data from a form where the phone number is in the 'phone' field, and data from WeChat where the 'wxPhone' field is in the 'wxPhone' field, you can configure both Phone=phone and Phone=wxPhone for adaptation (the fields shown in the example are just examples and cannot be used directly).
Format: Zoho field1 = other platform field1, Zoho field2 = other platform field2, Zoho field3 = other platform field3
For example: Phone=cluePhoneNumber,CDP_ID=anonymous_id,First_Name=adUcName

CDP field reference:
You can use any field that appears in the data field to set the form field mapping for the leadbox.
For example, `event`, `tag_id`, etc., and fields like `ip`, `url`, `area`, etc. in the properties field can all be used.

Fill in the default values for the fields
The purpose of the default field value is to assign this value by default when the field is empty in Baidu Push.
Format: Zoho field1 = default value 1, Zoho field2 = default value 2, Zoho field3 = default value 3
