Overview
Plato is a CRM system for clinics and hospitals. The Plato source is used to synchronize different stages of patients' transformations to the TTO CDP.

Webhook ID | no | Fill in the webhook ID created after the source is initialized, as instructed. This ID will be used to automatically clear the webhook after the source is deleted. |
Configure source parameters
Plato API Key
Go to the Plato backend, then to General Settings → API, click Generate API Key, and copy and use the generated API Key.


Currency
Enter the currency used in the customer's system, in ISO 4217 format.
Custom Link Key
Enter via the path shown in the image.

Create a new field as shown in the red box and save it.

The ID on the left is the Custom Link Key.

Plato DB
The client provides the Plato database name.
Webhook ID
After filling in all the above information, enable and save the source.

Click the source link to open a new window.

The webhook has been successfully added. The new page will display the following information.

Click to refresh the page. After successful activation, the webhook ID will be displayed on the interface. Copy and use it.
